Pestana Promenade Ocean Resort Hotel, Funchal (Madeira)

This hotel has an amazing atmosphere, with delightful gardening surrounding the beautiful pool area. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, some rooms may lack proper amenities like kettles and can be noisy at times. Also, breakfast could use some improvement with better coffee options.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting along the promenade, making it easy to access the beach and nearby dining options.
